What the worksheet asks for

Sources and limits
- Uses the Arizona Judicial Branch 2022 Arizona Child Support Guidelines, effective January 1, 2022 and revised September 21, 2022.
- Arizona uses the Income Shares Model; both parents’ incomes are used to calculate the support amount.
- The encoded Schedule of Basic Support Obligation is taken from the court-published 2022 Excel child support calculator Schedule sheet.
- The court workbook uses VLOOKUP against the schedule, so this base module uses the listed income row at or below combined adjusted child support income.
- Parenting-time adjustment, medical/dental/vision insurance, child care, education expenses, other children, self-support reserve, travel expense adjustments and deviations require the full Arizona worksheet.
