Your figures stay with you.
This public beta calculates in your browser. It has no accounts, file uploads, advertising scripts or account profiles on calculator pages. Rybbit analytics is loaded for traffic statistics, error diagnostics, session replay, form-interaction events, URL-parameter attribution and IP-derived security/debugging signals. Calculator inputs are masked for replay and analytics so field values are not intentionally collected. Calculator entries are not placed in the URL or transmitted to a calculation server. Clear all removes the current form values and results.
A hosting provider may receive ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, user agent, timestamp and requested page path. Those server logs and analytics signals are used for security, debugging, abuse prevention, error handling and product diagnostics, and are not used to sell or expose calculator scenarios. Your browser or device may retain page history, screenshots or printed files. A printed PDF stays wherever you choose to save it.
PII and financial data
Do not enter names, Social Security numbers, addresses or case numbers. The calculator asks for dollar amounts and support facts only. Those values are processed locally in page memory and are not intentionally collected by AetheriX. No sale of personal information is part of this product.
GDPR, state privacy laws, and privacy rights
If privacy law grants you access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, appeal, opt-out, or non-discrimination rights, contact privacy@guidelinecalculator.com. Because calculator inputs are not stored by the application, we may have no calculator-entry record to retrieve or delete. Hosting logs, analytics events, advertising signals on guide pages, and security/debugging records can be reviewed according to applicable law and operational retention needs.
Guideline Calculator does not sell calculator entries. Editorial advertising partners may process data on guide pages for ad delivery, measurement, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and personalization where allowed. Users can limit personalized advertising through browser privacy controls, device settings, Google ad settings, and legally recognized opt-out signals where supported.
Analytics
The site uses Rybbit analytics through the public collector at analytics.localurgentpro.com to measure page traffic, referrers, device class, performance, errors, session replay, form-interaction events, URL-parameter attribution and IP-derived security/debugging signals. Replay and form tracking are enabled for error handling and product diagnostics. Sensitive calculator and legal/financial field names are masked so field values are not intentionally recorded.
External links
Official court tools run on separate websites with their own terms and privacy practices. Guideline Calculator does not automatically submit your entries to them.
Advertising
Editorial guide pages may contain clearly labeled Google AdSense placements and Auto ads served for publisher pub-1604221473506574. Calculator and report pages do not load third-party advertising code, and advertisers must not receive calculator inputs. Google and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers or similar technologies on guide pages to serve, limit, measure and personalize ads where allowed by consent and applicable law. The site publishes the required Google authorized-seller entry at ads.txt.
Accessibility and legal notices
Accessibility feedback is handled through the accessibility statement. Additional no-legal-advice, no-government-affiliation, court-discretion, export, correction, and third-party notices are posted in the legal notices.
Using an estimate
Guideline Calculator is an independent AetheriX venture for general educational use. Its outputs are not court orders, official filings, legal advice or a promise of what a court will decide. The applicable rules, income definitions and facts matter. See the documented scope and sources before relying on a scenario. For advice about your case, contact a qualified lawyer or your court's self-help office.
