Guideline Calculator is an independent educational website. It is not a court, government agency, law firm, lawyer referral service or certified filing system.

The calculators and guides provide general estimates and source explanations. They are not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, court orders, official court calculations, or promises about how a court will decide a case. Use of the site does not create an attorney-client relationship, accountant-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or confidential professional relationship. You are responsible for confirming facts, forms, local rules and deadlines before relying on any result.

Supported scope

Use only calculators that are marked as active for your state and situation. A state's absence, planned status or unsupported scenario does not mean support is unavailable or zero. New York results do not apply to other states.

No accounts or paid access

Calculator results and printable summaries are free in this public beta. No account, credit card or paid PDF is required.

Legal notices and accessibility

Additional limits, no-government-affiliation language, export notices, advertising notices, correction channels, and accessibility information are posted in the legal notices and accessibility statement.

Corrections

State rules change. If you find a source, calculation, legal-notice or accessibility issue, use the correction channels listed in the legal notices. Until then, use the official court or child support agency resource for filing and case-specific decisions.

Analytics and diagnostics

The service may use Rybbit analytics for traffic statistics, error handling, session replay, form-interaction events, URL-parameter attribution and IP-derived security/debugging signals. This is used to diagnose broken forms, browser issues, abuse and content performance. Sensitive calculator field values are masked for replay and analytics. See the privacy policy and cookie policy.
